Students of Eklavya House presented an assembly on “The Great Aryabhata”.

“Life is a math equation. In order to gain the most, you have to know how to convert negatives into positives.” -Aryabhata Aryabhata is a great Indian personality known for contributing to Mathematics and Astrology. Students of Eklavya House at Sagar Public School, Rohit Nagar on August 16, 2023, presented a morning assembly on “The Great Aryabhata”. Nowadays, mathematicians worldwide are highly recognized, but Aryabhata is a great Indian mathematician who introduced zero in the decimal number system. He also contributed in Trigonometry, Planetary motion, Reflection of light, etc. Students performed an informative skit in which the court of Chandragupta Vikramaditya was presented along with his ministers and they showcased a solution to a problem with the help of Aryabhata, in which concepts of trigonometry, reflection of sunlight via moon, and value of π were explained. Also values like teamwork, cooperation, hard work, and that truth always triumphs were conveyed.
