“Mathematics may not teach us to add love or subtract hate, but it gives us hope that every problem has a solution.” To celebrate the spirit of mathematical learning, experience the joy of the mathematical sphere, to explore various mathematical concepts in a creative manner, and to commemorate the birthday of the Indian mathematical genius Srinivasa Ramanujan, Mathematics Day was celebrated at Sagar Public School, Rohit Nagar on Friday, December 22, 2023. The programme started with an introduction and achievements of Shri Ramanujan. It was followed by a small skit to show and teach children of Grade 1 & 2 that there is solution of each and every problem in life and should be faced courageously. It was a brilliant assembly highlighting the importance of Mathematics in everyone’s life.
