International Yoga Day celebrated at Sagar Public School, Rohit Nagar

Yoga is an invaluable gift of India's ancient tradition Sagar Public School organised the International Yoga Day on 21st June 2024 to celebrate the physical and spiritual prowess. Students from grade VI to X demonstrated various yoga asanas. The happy and content faces of children clearly showed that they were full of zeal and enthusiasm and enjoyed the session thoroughly. 10th International Day of yoga with the theme "Yoga for Self and Society" truly embarks on holistic approach to health and well being which brings peace to our hectic life
